Serena

Serena has gone on a two week trial. Beautiful, blue serena is our latest arrival and at the age of only 19 months she must have been too slow for the racing fraternity, although she is so good looking that perhaps she preferred to chase the boys rather than the lure!! to be fair to her trainer she is in excellent condition with a glorious blue coat and must have been well looked after. She is rather small for a greyhound, perhaps partly due to her age, and although she has been with us for only a few days, it is obvious that she has an easy going personality and when she passed the cat this afternoon she did not even bat an eyelid, so may well be cat friendly. She was very shy and retiring initially, but is now mixing with the other dogs that she is living with, both large and small. Serena is a typical greyhound, very gentle and affectionate, and is now looking for a home that will love her and return that affection
