Akira

Our beautiful Akira has had a pretty tough year. One of her humans has passed away and her other human is no longer able to care for her. Akira arrived into care underweight and very ill and has spent the last 2.5 months gaining weight and getting well again.

Akiras life has turned around and today she is a happy, healthy, playful girl who delights in running around with toys, playing with other dogs and spending time with her foster family. Akira has been sleeping indoors since she has arrived into care and is also crate trained and loves going to bed with a treat!

Akira is a very special girl to all of us here at BRV and we have promised her that if she managed to get better and pull through that we would exhaust all avenues and find her the most amazing family to live with for the rest of her life.
