About Alaska
Alaska is a bright eyed, bushy tail kinda girl. She likes to be where the action is. She is dog, cat and kid friendly and compketely crate trained. She walks well on a lead and has impressed her fosterma with her quick study skills when it comes to her 'deaf dog' training. She sits on command, waits for her food, is working on drop and has a strong start to her focus and stay training. She loves to play rough with the other dogs (all much bigger than her) and enjoys a good game of tug-of-war. Alaska also enjoys playing ball. She has a strong spirit and will need someone just as strong willed to continue her training, which she enjoys immensely.
Medical notes
Alaska is bilaterally deaf, this however doesn't stop Alaska being the most amazing young lady she is.
She has started training with Paul from Excel Dog Training and our experienced foster carer on a collar and with hand signals as well.
Alaska will go to her new home with her training collar, deaf dog collar and lead and also training will be provided to the new owner.
