On receiving an expression of interest we shortlist families who will fit the dogs needs and contact them to arrange introductions.

After an adoption agreement is completed and the fee is transferred the dog will pass into your care.

We understand that the first seven days may disclose issues, we are happy to assist and offer suggestions, if it becomes necessary to return your new pet we will refund the adoption fee less $100 administration fee within 10 working days. If the dog is returned after that, there is no refund.
