About Milly
UPDATE: Yay for Milly she has been adopted!
** Someone fell in love with Milly today - and she felt the same! Milly is going on adoption trial from this weekend. Paws crossed they are a perfect match! **
Mini's Bulldog Rescue Club are working with Deaf Dog Rescue to assist in finding a new home for Milly. Milly isn't a rescue, she is coming from a loving home who have had a change of personal circumstances and we are helping them to find the right family to love Milly for the rest of her life.
Milly is a 5 year old Aussie Bulldog from Melbourne. Milly loves people, swimming at the beach and currently lives with a cat. She loves cuddles and dressing up.
Milly is the only dog in her family right now, but does stay with friends who also have a dog when her parents are away and they get along well. Milly has been spoiled as their only princess and would be quite happy for that to continue.
Milly loves food and doesn't like to share hers. Her new home would also need to be mindful of this so it doesn't cause any issues with any other animals visiting.
Milly being deaf doesn't hold her back, but it is something her new family would need to understand. Milly can be easily startled and doesn't like being touched when she's asleep. For this reason we feel Milly would best suit a home where any kids are teenagers.
Milly is a 1st generation Aussie Bulldog and comes with her original paperwork. Milly is currently at her ideal weight 23kg.
Milly is currently located in Melbourne. It's preferable that Milly is adopted by a family locally in VIC . A family who has experience with bulldogs or deaf dogs and doesn't currently have any dogs would also be ideal
Medical notes
Milly is a happy healthy desexed girl who is up to date with her vaccinations. Milly's full vet history can be transferred to her new family's vet once she is adopted.
