About York (Dog/Cat Friendly)
Hello, my name is York!
If you are looking for a charming, charismatic young man, you have come to the right place. My foster Mum says that since cheating death at the pound, I have made sure that I live and love everyday. I am such a happy man, and my wiggly tail just never stops! I am a calm boy who loves a good belly rub!
I am learning loads of new things since being in care, some simple and some important; I have learnt how to sit, lay, stay and wait for my food. I am toilet trained, have excellent recall and walk nicely on the lead. I have developed a love for car rides, and I absolutely love my runs! Whilst I enjoy my outings, my foster Mum says that I am "low maintaince", she says that I do not need much to make me happy. Just love, cuddles and delicious food.
I am in foster care with two other fur-friends, whom I love. I really like sharing their company and learning from them. I am cat friendly and dog friendly. My foster Mum cannot believe how easy I am! I seldom bark, I have wonderful manners and I have shown zero destructive behaviours. All I ask is for love and a belly scratch.
I really look forward to being apart of your family soon. I promise to not disappoint!
Sincerely,
York.

Adoption details
Wally's Doggie Rescue offers a 2 week trial period to ALL pups/dogs adopted by us. We give ongoing support to our adopters through a CLOSED FACEBOOK page where you can ask training questions, share your photos and chat to other people who have adopted a Wally's Doggie rescue animal. Wally's Dog Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family and allow their dogs inside of the home on a regular basis to ensure that they are part of the family. This is particulary so if they are to be an only dog.
When enquiring about YORK, please give us some indication of the type of home that he would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home (rental agreement to be sited), what opportunities for socialisation outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog may be suitable for you. Wally's Doggie Rescue would also arrange a yard check of your property or have photos/videos sent of your yard, to ensure it is fully fenced and adequate shelter is provided.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
