About Jessie (Dog/Child Friendly)
Meet Jess, saved by Wally's after she found herself unwanted and unloved in a country pound, for reasons unknown.
Jessie is being fostered in a family environment, with children, cats and other dogs. Jess has also had poultry exposure and has no idea what the the two legged feathered friends are. Jessie is learning to walk on lead and learning her inside toilet training. Jessie is FULLY crate trained and is learning basic obedience training in foster care.
Jessie personality is described as alert, active and a friendly dog who’s is devoted to her foster family, especially the children. Jessie is highly intelligent, eager to please and devoted to learning. Jessie would be suitable for an active person or family who enjoys training and spending time with their dog. Like the typical kelpie breed, Jessie is a devoted to her family and expects to be included in the family outings! Jessie's favourite activities is playing with the ball and running around playing with her foster siblings. Jessie could easily be trained to compete in flyball, and agility. If Jessie is to be adopted into a backyard settings, her requirements would be plenty of mental stimulation, such as daily walks and games. Jessie won’t take kindly to being left in the backyard all day, everyday and will quickly become destructive if bored or ignored. Jessie will bark at strangers or any unusual happenings on her property, but is not your typical guard dog.
If you like coming home to a wiggle bum, having a play, kisses and love, then Jessie is the girl for you. A meet and greet of the beautiful Jessie, can be arranged.

Adoption details
Wally's Doggie Rescue offers a 2 week trial period to ALL pups/dogs adopted by us. We give ongoing support to our adopters through a CLOSED FACEBOOK page where you can ask training questions, share your photos and chat to other people who have adopted a Wally's Doggie rescue animal. Wally's Dog Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family and allow their dogs inside of the home on a regular basis to ensure that they are part of the family. This is particulary so if they are to be an only dog.
When enquiring about JESSIE, please give us some indication of the type of home that she would have with you. We are interested in things such as other animals (past and present), children who may have contact with the dog, whether you own or rent your home (rental agreement to be sited), what opportunities for socialisation outside the home your dog would have, how much you/someone is home and most importantly, why you feel this dog may be suitable for you. Wally's Doggie Rescue would also arrange a yard check of your property or have photos/videos sent of your yard, to ensure it is fully fenced and adequate shelter is provided.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
