About Snowy
Meet Snowy (D28937) the companion boy.
Snowy needs a home where there is either another dog to keep him company or someone that is home a lot. He has a preference for females as he tends to bark and shy away from males. We expect though with some further exposure and positive reinforcement this will improve.
Snowy's past life is a bit of a mystery, but he is currently in foster care and what we have found out about him is;
He is not house trained but his foster carer is working on this.
He has been good with other dogs he has met so far.
He has not been tested with cats.
He does not like children - growls and barks but this is most likely due to a lack of exposure. Best to be rehomed with a home with no children.
Can be vocal and alert when people are coming to the home.
Unsure of new people, but soon comes around with patience.
Enjoys going for daily walks but is not a high activity dog.
Ideally suited to a retired couple or a couple without children.
With a bit of extra training and exposure Snowy will make an awesome companion dog. He loves to lay watching his humans or being with you as your potter around the yard and house.
