About Chad ~ 2yo Bull Arab X boy (On Trial 28/12/16)
Chad is a sweet 2 year old bull-arab X boy. He is friendly and has a very gentle personality.
Chad is an inquisitive fellow and loves to smell everyone and everything. Chad likes to be on yard patrol and does regular perimeter checks. He's always busy. He tends to pull a bit on the lead, especially when he's excited, but more training will help him improve.
Chad spends his days outside and is inside for the evening and bedtime. He tends to lay under the table or under the bed when he's sleepy and will often go to a quiet room for a rest in social situations. He is not particularly fond of bath-time, but loves the beach!
Chad hasn't really been around other animals beside dogs, but has tried to catch birds a few times (unsuccessfully) so he would be best suited to a home without birds or pocket pets. He has been around children and has behaved the same as he is around adults - very gentle and friendly.
Chad is a real mummy's boy and would really like to live somewhere with a brother or sister that is soft and gentle like he is.
For more information or to meet Chad, please contact his foster carers Krista and Mark on 0499 508 010 or email markta21@gmail.com. Chad is located in the Newcastle area, NSW and is available for adoption interstate.
Chad's adoption fee is $350 and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
