Whippy

Whippy is a wonderful, happy and very loving boy. He loves cuddles, belly rubs and running amuck in the yard.
He's still learning with his toys, currently chases the ball but still learning to bring it back. Loves to be destructive with easy toys and slowly learning what tug-of-war is.

Whippy knows how to sit, stay, rollover and even high five! He's a great listener and learns very quickly. He will still need consistent training and thrives when learning new things.

Whippy is still somewhat a very timid boy, still learning with loud noises and voices. He is very protective of his home and will bark if he hears any noises that are uncommon near the house.

He is great on walks, absolutely loves them, will require ongoing training to ensure he doesn't pull. He doesn't bark at other dogs but is very interested in seeing what them and their owner is like. Whippy has been good with other dogs and cats. Whippy absolutely adores children and will find his best friend in a young person.

Whippy needs to have suncreen applied daily when he is outside. We believe Whippy's ideal home will have him inside when they are home so he can enjoy his time with the family. He's not a dog that would be best left outside all day or left alone all day. Constant love and attention and being apart of the family daily life would be best. It is important Whippy continues to have some alone time outside so not to become too dependent on his family, so a nice mix of inside family time and outdoor time is required.
