About Beatlejuice
Beatlejuice is a very calm and friendly young rabbit. She loves to explore new places and enjoys bigger spaces out of the cage but also can settle right down next to her friends and chill for a while. She could mix with other like minded females but as she gets older this will get more difficult im sure. She is an Angora x Flemish possibly. A great rabbit for any ages just as long as she gets groomed regularly.
Medical notes
Will need regular grooming. a simple brush each night while playing should keep her knot free. Extra expences will mount up from groomers if you dont keep ontop of it.
Other than that she is really happy and healthy.
Adoption details
Our adoption process involves the applicant to come into our store and pass a care test and also demonstrate a full understanding of what is needed to care for the pet. We are here to educate and make sure the animal will be cared for correctly. ALL applicants must be approved by Nelly so please be patient if she is not working the day you come in. Call us or email to book in a time to meet with Nelly.
Retail Pet shop code of conduct.
Our pets are guaranteed to be in good health at time of purchase.
You may return the animal to us for a full refund within 7 days providing it has been examined by a veterinarian surgeon with 48 hours of purchase and found to have a disease or congenital defect which will significantly reduce the animal’s lifespan.
If the animal is returned to Nelly’s Ark for any other reason within 3 days of purchase you are entitled to a 75% refund of the original adoption price.
The animal has been wormed upon arrival in the store, this will need to be done every three months for the rest of its life.
Our rabbits and guinea pigs are fed Showmaster rabbit and guinea pig food, and quality oaten hay, it is best top continue with this food. Always ensure there is plenty of water, fruit and veg available
By the pet store code of practice we do not have to vaccinate rabbits
There is no current vaccination for myxomatosis available in Australia, however a vaccination for calicivirus is available, we recommend using the half price vaccination voucher that is included in our adoption pack. To be redeemed at Northcote plaza vet clinic only.
