About Mac
Hi, my name is Mac and I am a 4 year old Staffy cross Golden Retriever and while I love my foster family who took me in, I am looking for a forever home with a family that will love me and be patient while I settle in. I am looking for a family that will be around a bit and not leave me on my own too much though I do not get myself in trouble when I am on my own. I have had a hard beginning and can be a little timid when meeting people for the first time but I am gentle and love being with people getting cuddles and pats. It does take me a while to get to know other dogs and am ok with cats.
Adoption details

ADOPTION APPLICATION PROCESS CAN TAKE ANYWHERE FROM 24HOURS TO 7DAYS DEPENDING ON INFORMATION GIVEN, APPLICATIONS IN PROCESS, MEET & GREETS ETC.
All canines are to be met in person, with interstate adoptions an exception. We arrange a meet and greet with your family and any other pets you may have.
An adoption application will need to be completed and returned before we complete a yard check to make sure you yard is secure and fully fenced, shade and shelter suitable for your new canine.
Upon approval your adoption fee will be paid before collecting your new family member.
You will go on a 14day trial period. If at anytime in that 14 days you find you can not keep your canine, they shall be returned and you will receive a refund of your adoption fee minus $50 - Admin Fee.
If after the 14 day trial period you have decided to continue with the adoption of your canine we will send you out your adoption pack.
In this pack includes
- Desexing Paperwork
- Microchip numbers and Ownership change over
- Vaccination Passport/card - All vaccines will be up to date
- Adoption Information
- Adoption Certificate
- Receipt of payment
- Worming, Heart Worm and Flea treatment dates.
