About Bambi ~ friendly 1yo Mastiff X (on trial 11/01/17)
Hiya everyone out there, let me introduce Bambi! Bambi is a small, quirky and friendly 1 year old Mastiff X, weighing 20kg, who is looking for her perfect home.
Bambi’s quirkiness is her ears - they go every which way, but suit her ever smiling face. She is a very loving and affectionate girl, but needs a family that she can love who will adore her, continue her training and bring out the best she can be.
Bambi walks very well on the lead. She adores being fussed over, loves her food and will do anything for treats. She understands simple commands and is ready to learn so much more.
Bambi is currently an outside girl - happily sleeping outside and having lot of fun playing with her doggy foster brother. She is scared of storms so will come inside and be happy to lay on a mat or blanket until the storm goes away. Bambi has never had an accident whilst she has been inside.
Bambi doesn't jump and is great with children of all ages, being very tame but not timid. Bambi hasn't been tested with pockets pets so we are unsure how she would go with them.
Bambi is one of the most loving, friendly dogs you could ever meet. Are you that special person for this girl?
For more information or to meet Bambi, please email Anne at Anne4drn@gmail.com. Bambi is located in Singleton, NSW (west of Newcastle) and is available for adoption interstate.
Bambi's adoption fee is $350 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
