About Milo D0539 adopted 5/11/16
Milo (yes she's a girl!) came to SAFE Bunbury from a home with multiple children so she is very used to kids of varying ages. She is also dog social and has lived with other dogs, although can be tentative with new dogs she meets on lead. She is a gentle and calm girl who doesn't jump up and loves playing with her toys and the children. Milo walks well on the lead now she has learnt what one is! She has not travelled in the car very much but is good, no car sickness. She has not ever met cats. This girl is just a treasure of a young dog especially for her age, and deserves a wonderful loving home. She will be a good medium sized dog when fully grown. You will require a fully fenced yard.
Milo has not been house trained but she is keen to please her people so this should not be too much of a task. She does not like shouting as this frightens her, so toilet training or any other guidance should be done in a calm way. She is slightly nervous of new places but soon settles in. As Milo has not met many other dogs outside of her yard, we would strongly recommend she be well socialised with other dogs, eg by attending training classes, the dog park, or walking with other dogs.
If you can offer Milo a kind and interactive home with daily exercise and where she is part of your family, please email us your details INCLUDING PLEASE:
*Your family and any other pets
* Ability to exercise/train a young dog
* Your fencing/yard
* Your work pattern & how long your dog would spend home alone
* Where the dog would spend its time and sleep at night
* What your timeframe is to adopt (no holds)
MILO will be ready to leave for her new home on 5 Nov (viewing any time).
