Lolah

Hello my name is Lolah...that's right L.O.L.A Lolah. I'm a shy girl who is ready to greet the world as long as I have a companion beside me. I get a bit worried the first....or second time I meet people. But once I know you are kind and gentle I get really excited and do zoomies around the paddock.
Ive been in the shelter for a little while now and although I am getting better there are still things that make me a little nervous. I really would love a family that will allow me to settle in slowly and give me time to get to know you. Once Im there I will be your best friend forever.
My trainers have been spending time with me teaching me how to sit and go to my bed. I love treats and this makes it so much easier for me to learn what I need to know....I don't speak English you know!! Going to doggy school sounds like it could be a lot of fun......and I like fun stuff!!
I can tolerate other dogs but often they get a little over friendly...I don't really like that. I would much prefer to be the only dog in the family. That way I can give you all my attention. I really haven't had anything to do with cats or small animals such as rabbits or chickens. It might be best if you didn't own these types of animals as I don't know how I would react to them.....cause I'm a dog...and I might really like to chase them. Chickens and cats really don't like to be chased....so I'm told.

I would love to meet your whole family so come on in one day and get to know me. I'll be here waiting for you. But ask an animal attendant for some help as I am in a different area of the shelter. xo
