Pearl

Pearl is currently in foster care awaiting her forever home.

Pearl is a sweet, gentle girl who craves human attention. She LOVES to curl up on your lap for a cuddle or be cradled like a baby while she purrs ever so loudly. In fact, she purrs so often that maybe she should be re-named Purr-l!

Pearl has a calm temperament and enjoys spending a large portion of the day napping and being showered in pats. Oh, what a life! She has also been known to play with string and cardboard boxes when the time is right. If introduced slowly, she would be suitable to live with another cat as she has been living with one in her foster home and has lived with one previously.

If you want a no fuss, all-rounder then beautiful Pearl is your girl! You may think she seems a little reserved at first but once she knows you, she'll greet you with a little squeak and will come running to you, to soak up all the love she can!!

When she first arrived in our shelter she was rather overwhelmed and shy but now that she is in a nurturing foster home who has given her a second chance, she is now so affectionate and friendly!

All AWL animals are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, assessed by our veterinarian, health check by our vets and given preventives for fleas, ticks and worms.
