About “Missy”, Funny Face. Brisbane. Cat tolerant
Missy is a cheeky adolescent with a uniquely goofy face! She has slightly crossed eyes and a huge overbite (like Santa’s Little Helper on The Simpsons). Missy has an endearing personality to match her irresistible looks, and absolutely LOVES people, wagging her tail at everyone she meets and "roaching" at a moment's notice.
Missy knows a bit about being a pet already, like getting in and out of the car, and managing stairs. She is a playful and energetic older pup, requiring a walk every day. There are two minute bursts of energy morning and evening, closely followed by doing what greyhounds do best - sleeping and roaching for the remainder of the day and night. Whoever adopts Missy will need to continue to help her reach maturity – fortunately it’s just around the corner and easy to be patient with such an adorable face!
Her past record with other dogs is good, except for being a little protective of her food bowl at dinner time. In fact, Missy requires the company of another medium to larger sized dog, otherwise if left on her own she will get up to Misschief.
And an added bonus is that Missy knows how to be a good housemate to her cat siblings, provided they are inside cats and never let out into the garden at the same time as her. While she might be good around cats, Missy will still need a doggy sibling.
Missy is looking for a home that can offer an energetic adolescent the activity and training that she needs. Her humans will be rewarded with buckets of love, and a face that’s guaranteed to make you smile!
