On Hold
About Belle on hold pending adoption.
Belle is on hold pending adoption.
This social and very friendly young shepherd is called Belle and she is in care at Batemans Bay, NSW.
Belle has just turned two and a half and has been rescued from a Canberra Animal Shelter where she was brought into the shelter and had lived with other dogs. Belle is in good health and is a short (stock) coated desexed female pure bred German Shepherd who needs to find a loving home.
Belle is a good car traveller, is not a barker and is a calm and good natured young dog. She is in need of further lead training but knows her basic commands and we cannot fault her loving nature or temperament.
Currently in care at Batemans Bay Belle is looking for a home where she can be an integral family member, enjoy a gentle walk each day and playtime with her human family. We are looking for a home with a family who have experience and knowledge of the Shepherd breed and understand their needs and intelligence.
Having lived with other dogs Belle is social and a would be a good companion dog for another male dog of similar size. She is not a boisterous dog and will be professionally groomed prior to going to her forever home.
Belle has not been tested with cats or pocket pets.
She has been wormed, flea treated and is vaccinated and desexed.
If you are interested in adopting Belle please email us about your family, how much experience you have had with German Shepherds, what other pets you have, your address, how large your garden is, the type and height of your fences, how much time Belle will be on her own, and where she will sleep.
Medical notes
Belle is desexed and vaccinated and is in care at Batemans Bay, NSW.
