Jake (BnD267)

What a champion!

Jake is a very friendly and loving boy who loves cuddles and gets on well with people and other dogs. He is also good around children. While he is untested with cats, he does react when seeing possums or birds on the ground, so caution would be required.

He is full of energy and loves to play with his foster carer’s dog and other foster dogs. He gets very excited when he starts off on his walks, but does settle down, and has good recall. He travels well in the car and loves the beach. This boy will chase his arch-enemies, the seagulls, all day if given the chance.

We thought Jake was a little undernourished when he came to SAFE, but it appears that he is lean by nature, with our Vet commenting that he has a well-defined muscle structure.

Given his fun-loving and friendly nature, Jake would fit in well with most households, from families to those wanting a loving companion.
