About Tessa
Meet Tessa ... She is a 1 year old Cattle x JRT and is a total sweetheart.
Tessa loves to get out and about on a walk and while she can pull a little in her excitement to be out, she soon settles and is a pleasure to take for a walk.
She is very eager to please and loves to learn new things. She will sit on command and will come when called. Being still young and a very intelligent girl, with positive reinforcement such as praise and treats, she will be very easy to train.
Tessa gets along with all dogs - big and small and loves meeting new doggy friends. She is great with kids and would make an excellent new family member.
She has a gorgeous nature, but is frightened of loud noises and sudden movements. She will require an owner who will have the patience and take the time to help her get over her fears and realise that there are lots of good things in the world.
Tessa would love to be and inside/outside dog - but will need to be inside and in a safe place during storms and fireworks. She would love to be part of a family that will include her in their day to day activities.
Tessa's adoption fee is $350 and includes her desexing, vaccinations and lifetime registration. Tessa is also regularly treated for flea and worms.
To enquire more or to meet Tessa, please email ccacfadoptions@gmail.com, drop in to the facility or call 02 43044350 and speak to one of our friendly staff.
Tessa is looking forward to meeting you.
Adoption details
Please phone or email us to find out more information on our animals. You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire. This questionnaire is confidential and does not oblige you to adopt, or guarantee you the animal. The information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Once the questionnaire and any questions you may have are approved and answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
