Gonzo

Hello there my name is Gonzo happy to meet you! I'm a young boy looking for an active family to call my own.
I have loads of energy and would love to go on long daily walks with you and regular trips to the local dog park/beach. I am strong on lead and would benefit from the use of a training aid like a halti or a chest harness to make our walks together enjoyable.
Being a young lad I will benefit from some obedience training and I have shown to be very food motivated so training should be easy.

Due to my excited outlook on life I would be best to be around confident older children in my new home a I may knock little ones over by accident. I have met other dogs while here at the shelter and I love them so if you have a mate for me in my new home please bring them in to meet me to ensure we get along.

My new yard needs secure 5ft fencing without any holes or gaps. Although I have enjoyed meeting other dogs during my stay I do bark at other dogs through the fence and this behaviour may continue in the home - please ask my animal attendant ways to minimise this in my new home. Please provide me with a kennel out of the weather and lots of interactive toys to play with when I'm alone.
