About Wendell
Wendell is a sook moderate energy medium sized male who has a loving nature. This boy would suit a number of households as an only dog or with another friendly and social dog. He has been socialised with a range of dogs, from small breeds to large breed seniors and he is social and loving with all. He hasn't shown any sorts of aggression since being in care and loves nothing more than a good cuddle and a play with a toy. He is happy to share toys and food with other dogs and has shown to have good basic obedience and off / on leash training skills.
He is in foster care with two horses, upwards of 10 dogs ranging in sizes and ages, chickens in a free range coop and young kids and he has shown to have a friendly and loving nature with all. Safe and secure fencing is essential with this boy, at least 4ft upwards. But he is also well adjusted to rural fencing as well so a property style housing is suitable as well for him. He hasn't been introduced to cats so we can't quite say how he would go, but if introduced correctly we are sure he would do fine.
Wendell is just a love bug, sooky and quiet and is on the search for a loving forever home

Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
