About Murray
Heya everyone! My name's Murray, I was surrendered to AWAR through no fault of my own and am now ready to find my forever home.
I'm a beautifully natured young man. I currently live with a four year old human and I'm fine with her but a little jumpy, so older children I can play with would be best. I know the basics with training and I walk well on a lead.
I've not been tested with cats. I don't seem to show any interest in the ones that sit in the window tormenting the other dogs! Other dogs however I am a little scared of until I really get to know them and realise they just want to be friends. I currently live with two females and until recently a male dog as well, and I get on with them but it was a lengthy introduction with plenty of positive rewards and supervision.
My carer believes I am house trained, as I've never had an accident in my run that I sleep in at night time, always waiting until let out in the morning. I can sit for my dinner, and we are working on wait as well. I seem to be OK with dinner time, but we always recommend feeding dogs separately of course. They are happier that way.
If your looking for companion who just wants to be by your side and loved then I'm your guy! Preferably a house without another dog, or someone with the patience and means to separate until I feel comfortable with my new friend.
Please contact Larissa; she is busy with work and doesn’t have time to answer calls, but texts are easy for her.
