About Frankie
Frankie is a special boy!
Frankie's adorable characteristics will certainly surprise you. This boy is incredibly sweet, affectionate, fun and very loyal. He will not disappoint his new family!
Please also check out Frankie's attached videos! They will certainly show you that he is a very clever boy who aims to please.
Frankie is a very laid back boy who loves his people and will happily take all the attention he can get. Frankie's dream is to be the perfect lap-dog. He doesn't let his size stop him from climbing on your knee for cuddles.
This social boy gets very excited with lots of tail wagging when he thinks someone is talking to him or heading his way to say hello. He follows his carers all around the yard and loves going on his rides in the ute with his foster dad to inspect the farm.
His foster family absolutely adore him and say he is a very special boy. He loves the children in the home and is in his element when they are sharing their time with him. He enjoys going for walks and taking a dip in the dam with them.
We do believe he was very loved and well trained in his previous home.
Frankie shows no sign of fear or signs of ever being abused in his previous home. He is very confident and trusting and creates a very close bond with people.
Frankie is a smart boy who is quickly learning his manners and will sit and wait for his meals and treats. He will also wait at doors and gates and not be pushy to get past. He does still get excited when he is welcomed inside and his carer is teaching him to be calm when indoors. He can be a bit jumpy with people in all the excitement but never jumps on the children. He is catching on quickly and learning to stay calm. Frankie loves to be as close to his family as possible and is happiest when he is sitting with the kids watching tv. He loves being around the children and we would like him to find a home with children 7yrs plus due to his size and bouncy nature when he is excited. He is also at the perfect height to give lots of kisses to children which he loves to do. A child that is a bit taller than him would be a better match.
Frankie currently has 2 female doggy companions in his foster home. He is very gentle with them and they get along really well. He will try and get to the front for attention but he settles quickly when he is corrected. He is never nasty, he just wants to be as close to his carer as possible so he doesn't miss out on his share of attention.
Frankie would love to find a home where he will have a desexed doggy companion to help him settle and learn routine with his new family.
He has seen the chooks and they have even taken food from his bowl with no reaction from him.
FRANKIE WILL NNED ADEQUATE FENCING AND WILL NOT BE SUITABLE TO A HOME WITH CATS OR LIVESTOCK as he will chase them.
A family with a desexed female doggy companion will be his perfect match.
This beautiful boy is happy, confident and completely devoted to his humans. He is hoping for a chance to show what a loving boy he is. He is pretty chilled and calm most of the time. He walks well on lead and his recall is improving now that he has learnt his name.
If you would like to know more about Frankie or believe you can offer him a wonderful opportunity we look forward to hearing from you
Frankie is currently in Bendigo, VIC
Medical notes
Frankie has been desexed, microchipped and vaccinated. He has also received regular flea and worm treatment
Adoption details
If you think one of our animals would be a good match for your home please email us and we will be in touch shortly after. We all work fulltime, have families and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require any other dogs in your home meeting our foster animal before they head home with you. This enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care, this is a condition of our Adoptions.
