Age: Approx 12 months
Size: M/L – current weight 24kg

Personality: Zorro is a complete sook, and likes nothing better than snuggling with his humans and getting cuddles. He is currently living with another dog with no issues, they play happily together. He is also living with cats and has not shown any signs of wanting to chase them. He hasn’t been tested with pocket pets, chooks or livestock.

Training: Zorro is learning to walk nicely on a lead. He can pull sometimes, but responds well to gentle correction. He can sometimes drop to the ground when he is feeling insecure. He will sit when asked. Zorro will benefit from an owner who is prepared to spend some time working with him, as his training so far has been basic.

Exercise: Zorro enjoys a decent walk every day, and lots of chasing around the yard with his buddy at home. At this stage he does not go off leash in public areas.

Children: Zorro has had very limited exposure to younger children. In view of his size, age and continuing training requirements, he is not suitable for a home with children aged under 10 years.

Health : Zorro is desexed. He has not been heartworm tested, and this should be done before any preventative treatments are given. He is wormed and receiving Nexgard monthly.

Zorro is currently in foster care in Western Sydney.
