Shandee

Introducing our old girl Shandee at 19 years young Shandee has found her way to the Devonport RSPCA and is searching for a home where she can spend the remainder of her days in peace and content.

Shandee has a very sweet nature and traveled very well when she left for her foster home which is where she is now. She is happy to have her feet picked up and has been described overall as a lovely girl.

Shandee's Foster Carer has been kind enough to write a little something about her life on the farm.

'Shandee is a very gentle and affectionate pony with lots of energy she loves to play with a ball especially if it is hung in a tree. She thoroughly enjoys a good groom. The Dentist had an easy time with her and feet trimming is no problem at all as she is very well behaved when we lift her feet. Because of her history of "Founder" Shandee will need a home with a loving family who can monitor how much fresh green grass she has access to.

Shandee is currently living with her Foster family. who have so enjoyed her time with them and although it will be hard to say farewell they are thrilled that she is ready to start her new life.'
Shandee is available for adoption and would appreciate a loving home with other animals around for socialisation.
