About AC0456 - Peter
AC0456 - Peter
Gender: Male
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
Colour: Tabby
*His adoption fee includes vet check, sterilisation, vaccination, microchip, flea and worm treatment*
Medical Notes: Peter has feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) which is a virus that can affect his immune system however he can still potentially live a long healthy life. FIV is transmitted through deep bite wounds. Due to his FIV Peter will need to be an inside only cat. He currently lives with multiple other cats with no problems however if you have other cats it is recommended that they are vaccinated against FIV and that you use precaution when introducing them to ensure that they get along without fighting.
Nature
Hi my name is Peter and I just love to be patted. I am a big boy but I just love to give head butts and just be round people. Not much is known about my past but I might have had a human family before due to my lay back nature.
I am still a little under weight but that wont take me long to put condition back on. I love just laying around.
Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I need a slow introduction to other animals as I can be timid at times. Once I have had that slow introduction I should settle in just nicely. My foster mum called me Peter after Peter Pan as she thinks I am just a gentle soul.
I would love to have a furever home where I can just walk in and feel no need to go anywhere else.
Likes/Dislikes
I love my food, wet and dry and dinner time is when I demand a lot of attention before I eat my food.
I don’t like high vis clothing, this might have something to do with my past. I am a gentle giant who needs a special home to call my own.
