About Oli & Honey - Adopt us!
**** Oli & Honey - available for adoption ****
Oli & Honey have been in care the longest of all our bunnies and we would really love to see them go to a forever home as soon as possible. Oli was born in care to a stray rabbit who arrived pregnant back in September 2015, Honey came into care in April 2015 and was adopted, however was subsequently returned in December 2015 as the family didn’t feel she fitted into their family well.
They are both very dominant & confident bunnies, but are quite content with each other. They have in the past nipped when being handled, they are not aggressive and I suspect they don’t realize it isn’t a good thing to nip, but it’s hard to be cranky at them for it when they’re so loveable. They would be best suited to a home with older children who are able to understand and respect their boundaries or no children. Once you get to know them, you can often tell from their behaviour when they might be going to nip and all this can be explained to a potential adopter to best prepare them.
Oli is quite comfortable around dogs and we believe Honey would be too. If you can offer them a safe and loving home we would love to hear from you.
