About Bundy *On Trial in His New Home*
*BUNDY IS CURRENTLY TRIALING HIS NEW HOME - NO MORE ENQUIRIES/APPLICATIONS PLEASE* Looking for a small dog with a BIG smile? Then look no further than Bundy! He’s a happy go lucky fella who’d love a forever home in time for his 9th birthday; will it be with you?
Sadly Bundy’s been a bit out of sorts aka “grumpy old man” since a baby joined his family so a home with retirees who can give him the love and attention he deserves would be perfect – he would like nothing more than to spend his days following his humans around and then joining them on the couch for cuddles at night, he’s a real little lapdog who thrives on being spoilt! And even though he’s been living with a bigger dog we reckon Bundy would prefer it to be all about him, although a cat or two in his forever home wouldn’t matter as he’s great with cats.
At almost 9 years young Bundy still has plenty of life in him yet, and a recent vet check revealed he’s in excellent health. He enjoys a romp and a play especially when there are doggie toys involved – he’s been known to gut a stuffed few over the years! Generously affectionate, this gorgeous fella still manages to bring joy to most people who meet him without being in your face even if he does like giving doggie kisses! He is not a “yapper” though does make an excellent doorbell when someone comes to the door.
Bundy’s manners are pretty good; he absolutely loves going for a walk and is terrific on a lead. He’s a bouncy, energetic boy who does jump up a bit when excited but soon settles down. He has good recall when off-lead and loves to chase birds at the local oval. He also enjoys spending time at the Murray River in summer but doesn’t usually swim just staying in the shallows where he can still touch the ground.
Being an Aussie Terrier cross Bundy loses very little hair though he’ll require a good brush once a week and a clip a few times a year to keep his coat in tip-top condition even though he’s not a fan of the groomers. As he has always enjoyed an indoor / outdoor lifestyle we’d want to see this continued in his forever home – he’s toilet trained and sleeps inside at night.

Adoption details
Please Note: SARG and our animals for adoption are located in Mildura in North-West Victoria.
Our adoption process commences with completing an Application form which you'll find at: www.sarg.net.au
The Application is then reviewed, references checked and a yard check done, then, if there are no issues, a meet and greet is organised. If all goes well the last stage is a 28 day home-trial to make sure that everyone is happy.
If the trial is successful our “stray” is then officially considered adopted and the microchip transferred into the new owners name.
If anything goes wrong SARG will always take back one of our animals :)
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
