About Tysen
***UNDER APPLICATION - 12/10/16***
PICK ME! PICK MEEEEEE! Don’t go past me and pick a little puppy. If you pick me you know what you are getting, you know how big I will get and you know what my temperament is like. I am not as big as my breed would have you think. One of my bunk mates is a Labrador and I am only slightly bigger than her (because I am a boy) and not as big as my other Ridgeback friend.
I have met the resident cats and am cat friendly. I have also seen the chooks through the fence and just had a sniff without trying to get into the pen.
I love a good play!!! I will run and run and run. And if you throw the ball I will run a little more. I even bring the ball back and drop it for you to throw it again. Currently I am working on my confidence as I am not sure where I fit in yet. My mum and dad dropped me off and I don’t know where they went – they were never going to be my real people as they saved me from being put to sleep as my first owners had too many pets and couldn’t afford to feed us all but I don’t understand that I just think they didn’t love me which is very untrue.
Currently I am living with rural fencing and have shown no sign of jumping out. I would love another doggy friend in my ideal home but would settle for being an only dog if you are home a lot (I do get nervous if I can’t sit with you). I am such a good big boy and very gentle. I haven’t chewed anything or dug up the yard. I would be suited to a home with older children as I am big and seem to have been taught to jump and hug (I actually put my paws around you and look into your eyes with nothing but love). When I first came to live here I was very good with introductions and tails wagging was very quickly on the agenda after I realised they weren’t going to eat me.
If you pick me to be your forever dog I promise I will love you unconditionally and be by your side till the end of time.
Love always Tysen
