Bowie

Bowie is a very loving girl who enjoys exercise as much as cuddles.

Bowie will come when called, sit and wait, all of the basics. However, she gets excited to see you and wants to jump up for some cuddles. So, she is still learning not to jump up. Her foster carers have been working on this and being very clever, Bowie is catching on fast. But, she will need her new family to continue working with her.

Swimming, tug of war and playing ball are a few of Bowie's favorite things. She is very good at catching the ball and returning it. She is loving having doggy friends and would suit a household with another dog and some kids to play with.

Bowie will need a family that will exercise her daily and are willing spend time keeping her occupied. If left alone for too long with nothing to do, Bowie will become bored and go looking for things to keep her entertained.

Bowie is good with large animals but wants to herd the chooks and pet birds. She is good with other dogs and enjoys playing. No cats for Bowie. However, a doggy friend to play with would be good for her.

Accustomed to sleeping inside, Bowie loves tv time and relaxing with her family during the evenings. She is a good, friendly girl who will make a very loyal companion and family member.
