About Barney
Introducing the very loving Barney - the 1 year old German Shepherd x Bull Terrier.
Barney is a very sweet boy who just loves pats and attention. He will squish his face right into you to get some loving!
This lovely young lad loves to get out and about to investigate the big wide world, however he can be quite strong on the lead and requires some further training to learn his lead manners.
Barney shows no signs of food aggression or seperation anxiety and doesn't seem phased by loud noises. He will be unsuitable to be rehomed with a cat (and not because he is aggressive towards them - poor Barney is terrified of them!).
He is looking for a forever home with an active family who will include him in their day to day activities. Barney will require secure fencing due to his age and size.
Barney would love to find his best buddy. That's what he wants most in his life .... a family to love him and one that he can return that love too. He is an affectionate boy who loves attention and affection in return.
He would love an owner who is willing to spend time with him to teach this big puppy some new tricks and refine his manners. Barney is eager to please and we believe he would be very easy to train.
Barney's adoption fee is $350 and includes his desexing, vaccinations and lifetime registration. Barney is also regularly treated for flea and worms.

Barney is looking forward to meeting you
Adoption details
Please phone or email us to find out more information on our animals. You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire. This questionnaire is confidential and does not oblige you to adopt, or guarantee you the animal. The information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Once the questionnaire and any questions you may have are approved and answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
