I'm your new bestie. I'm a greyhound x bull terrier weighing about 35kg. I'm nearly two years old so fully grown. I love cats, dogs, kids, adults....I love everyone!!!
You can play with my food in my bowl as I eat, give me worming tablets etc no problem, and take me out and about with you with no worries. I have good recall so can be trusted off-leash too! I get along with everyone I meet and am really good (and fun!) company.
I have a really deep bark but I only ever bark a few times in one go- it's not often and never constant- I only like to bark to chase away possums and strangers who are lingering by my fence. I don't dig in the yard and my favourite toy is the 'home alone' ball! When I'm inside I love to have a chew toy or Kong to keep me entertained. I don't mark territory or have any phobias that OTC knows of - I am comfortable at the vet, in the car and during storms!
I like to sleep in a kennel if not inside, and am a fan of couch naps also. I am definitely a snuggle bug who would love to be an inside/outside dog. I also love to play in water! I would love to have a little clamshell pool in my yard or maybe the odd trip to a creek!
One of my best features is my funny personality. When I want something I will sit and talk to you. It is very funny and always makes my humans laugh! I am an obedient boy who will fit into any home easily- I am definitely worth meeting!
So why am I here? After being left almost hairless from mange and very thin, I was rescued by a lovely girl who spent a lot of time and money on me. Unfortunately council regulations meant I couldn't stay there forever-she already had a few dogs of her own. As sad as it was for me to have to leave, I joined the OTC pack where I have been having a blast in foster care and quickly become a crowd favourite

Medical notes
A slight skin allergy (I'm allergic to dirt!) that is being treated with cortisone tablets. Nothing too hectic, I take tablets easily and only need them once a day. And they aren't very expensive at all!
Adoption details
There is a pre-adoption questionnaire that you can fill out to express your interest in one of our pets. Please message us to ask for one. Then we can meet up in a park to decide if this is the right pet for you! If you have other pets it would be ideal to bring them with you.
Adoption comes with a one week trial to make sure you are the perfect fit for each other and there is a contract for you to sign so you know we are all covered.
