Brucey

Brucey is a Lab X who we think is between 3-4 years old. He has been in foster care for just over four weeks. He is the most beautiful dog, but we are a little biased. He is very quiet in nature and simply wants to be close to his human companions. When we first took care of Brucey he was quite fearful of other dogs, but now seems to get very excited and happy to see other four legged friends on our daily walks. He has not been tested with cats as yet. A good long walk in the morning and a short walk at night is enough exercise for Brucey, as his other favourite pastime is sleeping on the couch! He likes to have the occasional ball thrown and will retrieve nicely until he tires and is very good with his food. He understand the command gentle and does not grab like other big dogs and walks very well on a lead.

Brucey is definitely an inside dog as he likes to sleep when there is no human companionship around but if there was someone home most of the time he would be happy to move both inside and out and would be okay for short periods left outside.

He is a very happy, friendly and cuddly boy who will be a wonderful addition to any family.
