About Honey ~ 7yo Poodle X (On Trial 24/9/16)
Honey is a lovely Poodle X girl aged 7 years. She has a very sweet and fun-loving nature.
Honey enjoys her daily walks and her weekly bath and brush. She is a good girl - she is house-trained, comes when she is called and learning eagerly to sit for her meals. Honey also likes car rides.
Honey cherishes the company of her caregiver and just wants to be involved with whatever you choose to do. She loves the company of other dogs and would like to have a dog friend as a playmate.
Honey is an inside dog and needs to be allowed inside, at least when people are home, and to sleep inside. She has a low shedding coat which needs regular brushing and bathing and a clip (every 4 to 8 weeks) to keep her comfortable and beautiful.
Honey would be suited to an active, mature aged person, couple or family with older children.
For more information or to meet Honey, please contact her foster carer Rowena on 0423 849 408 or (02) 4009 1846. Honey is located in Lambton, NSW (Newcastle area) and is available for adoption interstate.
Honey's adoption fee is $300 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
