About Bobette
* i'm trying a new home to see if i like it *
bobette needs to be rehomed with her sister colette
this adorable little girl and her sister colette have come from a community in the northern territory desert. They have been reared by a woman called gloria that one of our carers met when helping with a dog control program in remote aboriginal communities. Bobette and her sister colette were rescued by gloria when they were tiny puppies as their mum had been killed by a snake bite. A year later they are very sturdy little dogs in beautiful condition and with loving personalities. Bobette is cautious when you go up to her but the next moment will be sitting by your legs under the table or snuggled next to you on the sofa given the chance. Bobette had a lucky escape when she found herself in the mouth of a large dingo but gloria and her pack of 20+ dogs followed the dingos until they gave up and dropped bobette. Fortunately, there were no bites through the muscle and she looks as healthy as ever. None of the dogs in the pack she came from are aggressive and neither is bobette or her sister. If treated gently, bobette could go to a home with children but will need a doggy friend where ever she goes as she loves playing and curling up with her sister. She does not yap, but will sound the alarm instead, and is house trained and very healthy. Bobette loves to run and is currently getting used to walking on a harness. Bobette comes desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed, heartworm tested and with nsw local council lifetime registration for $330.
