About Beau ~ Border Collie x (on trial 9/09/16)
Meet Beautiful Beau- Beau is a 15 week old Border Collie x . Heis such a calm gentle young boy who is looking for his forever home
Beau loves sleeping inside with his family and is very well behaved inside, all he needs is his doggie bed and he will settle in for his nap but also doesn’t mind sleeping out side in a warm kennel with his other doggie friends.
Beau can be hesitant when meeting new people or visiting new places at first but always gives in because a pat is always to good to refuse.
Since being with his carer Beau has had some training with chickens and finds them intriguing with no signs of aggression towards them, Beau is wonderful with kids and is also responding well with basic training, and showing progress being house trained.
Beau is a super friendly puppy with other dogs, and very calm when being introduced to other family pets ie pocket pets.
Beau would suit a calm relaxed household where his training can continue and he can build his trust. He would be ideal on a small farm setting because of his patience with other animals but would also settle in well with a family that likes the outdoors during the day and relaxing of a night, Beau also travels extremely well in the car.
Because Beau has such a sweet calm nature he would make the perfect companion for family’s with children or other dogs, and will become very loyal.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
