About Astoria
Astoria is a sweet, affectionate, quirky girl who is looking for a quiet life, where she can lounge around between meals of tuna in springwater, being adored and generally looking adorable!
Astoria is a very routine orientated girl, she likes to have her calendar planned in advance, so she knows what she has on her very busy schedule ;)
Storsie has one of the thickest coats we’ve ever seen, and while it is truly magnificent when grown out, she cannot manage it, even with daily help, which leads to her regularly producing hairballs. We feel in the best interests of her health, she be kept clipped, which she is very good with (she does not need sedating, in fact can be done at home, if you have the ability!). This will need to be done 3-4 times a year.
As a result of our attempts to manage Astoria’s coat (prior to admitting defeat and keeping it short!) she has developed a very quirky obsession with Laxapet (a product to help with hairballs), and as this has helped greatly with her hairballs, she will need to remain on this in her forever home. She will wait patiently for her daily ‘laxapet lick’ and she will remind you, if you forget to give it to her!
Storsie’s eyes are good and only require a couple of wipes a week and even with a short coat, she loves a daily brush. Astoria’s other quirky obsession is people furniture! Astoria loves couches, chairs and most of all, people beds!! She would happily guard your bed for you all day, every day and keep it safe! ;)
Astoria is good with other calm, friendly cats, though she would be just as happy as an only cat! She is fine with small, calm, friendly dogs.
Astoria is in care in Croydon North
Medical notes
Astoria goes to her new home desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, flea and worm treated and clipped.
