About Buster
Buster is a big puppy bursting with glee to see his human friends. He watches at the back door intently and bounces enthusiastically when his friends come to play. He is a big puppy at four months but still very fluffy. His colouring is very interesting, complete with eye patch and what looks like blue and red heeler mix. We were told that the parents were heeler and kelpie.
Buster had a bit of rough start to life. He and his siblings were chained up 24/7. He hadn't had a lot of human interaction before coming into foster care so was pretty boisterous with his first taste of freedom. He is now able to sit still and enjoy being patted and talked to.
He comes from intelligent stock so would repay careful attention and training. He currently lives with a sibling and some adult dogs. He does rough 'n tumble with his sibling but is polite with the adult dogs. He wants to chase cats at present so if he were to go to a home with cats there would need to be careful introductions and monitoring for a while.
Buster is not yet housetrained and currently spends his time outdoors only. At night he sleeps in a kennel.
