About Tilly ~ Purebred Welsh Corgi (Trial 1/9/16)
Meet Matilda, Tilly for short - Tilly is a 5yr old gorgeous female Corgi. She is a very friendly and affectionate girl who enjoys lots of pats and cuddles.
Tilly enjoys the basic things in life she loves going for a short walk daily and to laze around in the sun. She is not an energetic dog who is going to chase balls etc. but does have a playful side to her.
She gets on extremely well with people but not too friendly with dogs who she doesn't know, but she does warm up after being introduced properly.
Tilly’s ideal home would be with someone who is relaxed and enjoys plenty of time at home with her.
She is a true princess with a beautiful nature.
For more information or to meet Tilly, please contact her foster carer Michelle on 0412 320 470 or email mme46055@bigpond.net.au. Tilly is in foster care in Corlette, NSW (Port Stephens near Newcastle) and is available for adoption interstate.
Tilly's adoption fee is $450 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
