“Winnie”, Bundle of Cuddles. Melbourne

Winnie embodies everything we love about puppies! She’s cheeky, playful, loving, cuddly and exceptionally cute. Like all puppies, she has a lot to learn, and needs a family who can train her in basic behaviours like walking on a lead, obeying commands and staying home on her own. Whoever invests time in her training now will be rewarded with a gorgeous, affectionate companion for many years to come.

Winnie has oodles of personality, with quite a dominant streak and wonderfully animated ears. She falls in love with everyone she meets (and vice versa), including all kinds of people and dogs. We think Winnie has been kenneled before with other dogs, and she’d love a home with a canine companion to play with. A home with older kids would be fine for Winnie, as long as they can cope with her puppyish jumping! Also, an older dog for company would perfect - to teach Winnie how adult dogs should behave. She is not suited to families with cats.

This glossy little mostly-black bundle will keep you smiling, whether she’s racing around the yard, or snuggled in close for a cuddle. Winnie has had leg surgery for a condition called Valgus Deformity, where her feet turn outwards like a ballet dancer's. This has not stopped her - she is still a little dynamo and full of fun! If you’re willing to make the long-term investment in helping a mischievous puppy grow into a delightful adult dog, then Winnie is the girl for you.
