About Kopito
Miss Kopito is just the cutest little Chow Chow x Husky you ever did see! So sweet and petite, you are sure to fall for her in a second once you meet her.
Kopito is a bit scared in the pound at the moment, the loud noises and coming and goings have made her timid and we need to get her into a foster home where she feels comfortable so she can show us what she's all about.
Whilst she is timid, there is one sure fire way to her heart, and that's food! That's right, this little miss piggy will overcome all her fear for the chance at some tasty treats! This should make future training with Koptio a walk in the park as she will be so eager to please where food is involved. In saying this she does have some basic training like sit, shake and hi-five.
She'd likely be OK either as an only dog, or with another calm natured male dog. She's been happy to meet other dogs and have a sniff but she's not your over the top bouncy type so a companion of similar nature would suit her best.
We don't have any history on her so we'll play it safe for now and ask for a foster home where any children are teens or older.
And we've saved the best bit for last.... Koptio met a cat... and... nothing! She couldn't care less - so we are tentatively listing her as CAT FRIENDLY with a careful supervised introduction, of course.
As usual, she'll need a secure yard with min 5.5ft fences and no gaps under fences (so far she seems more likely as an underer than an overer).
Age is a guess - we're going with 'middle aged' for now. She's calmer than most young dogs, but certainly doesn't seem like she's in her twilight years either.
