About Jedda ~ Cattle X Kelpie (on trial 11/09/16)
Jedda is a beautiful 2 year old Australian Cattle Dog X Kelpie girl. She is very intelligent and is great with dogs, cats and kids.
Jedda is one of the brightest fosters I’ve had the pleasure of spending time with in quite some time. She is very switched on, highly food motivated and just loves to learn. She would definitely suit an owner that likes to do Dog Agility, Dog Obedience or a similar activity. Being a working breed, she will need an active family with the time and energy level to keep her amused.
Jedda loves other dogs - both large and small. She loves tug of war and would prefer to have a dog friend to play with if there isn’t someone home often. She is also cat friendly and is wonderful with children of all ages. She travels well in the car and just loves to be where you are. She is house trained, but will sleep outside if she has a friend.
Jedda is a perfect girl in every way and is just waiting for a wonderful family to love.
For more information or to meet Jedda, please contact her foster carer Kat on 0415 449 053 or email katlewis1987@gmail.com. Jedda is located in the Aberglasslyn area, NSW (west of Newcastle) and is available for adoption interstate.
Jedda's adoption fee is $400 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
