About Evie
Evie is such a gentle soul, for a girl who was disposed of like rubbish before we got her. She really has flourished in foster care and is more than happy to interact, socialise and live with the 12+ other dogs in foster care. She is very human friendly, adores kids and is not phased by cats at all.
The only thing we wouldn't place her in care with is chickens as she does show a little bit too much interest in them.
Evie is all legs, she is clumsy and lanky, playful and friendly and loves to give you a little kiss on the face to show her appreciation.
She is working on her basic obedience and has so far mastered her off leash skills, she is doing well on leash, she has great recall and knows sit and stay. We have worked more heavily with her pack socialisation since she has been in care and she has shown so much love to other dogs so we are looking for a home that will continue her socialisation.
A home with safe and secure fencing is a must of at least 5ft with no gaps and holes underneath, a home that can continue her training and provide adequate exercise is a must and a home with another dog would be preferred, but not essential.
Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
