About Archie
Archie is a stunning boy who loves kids and dogs and has lived happily with a cat for the past few months. He will make a wonderful addition to a family looking for a dog to include in all their activities as he loves walks, car trips, visits to the beach and dog park and all sorts of other fun adventures. Archie is an absolute all-rounder who will fit in just about anywhere and his gorgeous grin can't be beat - who wouldn't want to come home to that smile every day after a hard day at work!?!
Archie would be content as an only dog or would make a wonderful companion for your existing canine family member. Don't be fooled by his greyhound heritage, although he loves a good walk this guy can be a total couch potato and is not over the top or hyperactive.
This poor guy has had a rough time in his short life but hasn't let it drag him down in the slightest, he is a happy go lucky, easy-going sort of fella. Archie is very smart and quickly picks up new things (especially when treats are at hand!) He completed puppy classes a little while ago and knows lots of commands like sit, stay and shake hands. He's an affectionate and loyal dog who loves cuddles in the evening with his people.
It is hard to find fault with this stunner - he won't last long so get in quick!
Adoption details
Thank you for taking the time to view one of our lovely animals. We love them all and we hope you will too.
If you would like to know more about an animal please call Freedom on 0409 000 259. If it sounds like you and the furry creature are a suitable match then we will pass on the foster carer’s details to you so you can call and make a time to meet them.
Once you have met the animal and wish to go further then we may organise a yard check to ensure that your yard is safe and secure (dogs only). You can then take your new family member home on a 2 week trial and if you decide they are not suitable then you can return them.
If you are not sure how existing animals in your home might be affected, or you want a little extra time to get to know the nature of the animal, we may allow you to foster with a view to adopt.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
