Hello! My name is Mikel and I'm named after the vet who saved my life! My owner took me to the vet when they noticed I had a lump on my side, the lump was actually an abscess, but my owner didn't want to pay for veterinary treatment and so they requested I be euthanized. Thankfully Dr Mikel decided that he thought I deserved a chance, so he asked if the owner would instead surrender the bunny which they agreed to. Dr Mikel set to work operating on my abscess and taking me home to recover. I'm now fit and healthy, my fur is growing back nice and pretty from where I had my surgery and I'm now ready for a special home to come along where I can be loved and adored as I should be. I get along well with other bunnies, I'm a friendly boy that comes over for attention, sometimes I prefer to be patted rather than picked up but I do enjoy cuddles when I feel like it...sometimes I'm just too busy or prefer some personal space.
