About Gidget
Meet Gidget a pedigree well bred four year old desexed female German Shepherd who is in care at Kurri Kurri, NSW.
Gidget is your typical very loyal and completely people focused German Shepherd who would be a doting dog. In fact she sits patiently beside her carer and does not leave her side and will protect that person. She loves her cuddles and rests her paw on your knee seeking your attention and eye contact.
Gidget has come from a registered breeder who could not maintain her care of her and surrendered her to an animal shelter. She is in good health and coat condition and needs a home where her owner understands that she displays strong loyalty to one person in the home so we are looking for a single person home where Gidget can bo. Due to her strong bonding she tends to become very protective of her humans so preferably a home with no children and limited visitors. Gidget enjoys hers walks and is also best suited as the only dog in the household.
Gidget is learning to be social with her fellow rescue dogs but we can see she prefers her own company and that of her human pack. So if you are experienced with the shepherd breed and love their human qualities of loyalty and their intelligence then Gidget has all the hallmarks of this regal breed. Gidget must go to a home with no other pets.
For more information on Gidget please email us about your family, how much experience you have had with German Shepherds, ensuring there are no other pets in your home, you have a secure yard with good fencing and that Gidget must be an integral member of your home and Gidget will be on her own, and where she will sleep.
Medical notes
Gidget is desexed, vaccinated C5 on heart worm prevention and has been wormed and flea treated. She will be professionally groomed prior to going to her forever home.
