Rivett

What a darling boy!

Rivett is a smart, sweet, loving puppy that you just cannot resist. He has a soft coat and loves to get pats off you. Rivett is very interactive with people and always greets you with a waggy tail. He also likes to give lots of kisses if you let him. Rivett enjoys playing with his carer and particularly likes to chase or fetch a ball. When play time is over there is nothing better for Rivett than cuddling up with his humans and being close to you while he naps.

Rivett has become well socialised during his time in care and has met many other doggy friends. He enjoys playing with the other puppies in care, whether it be rumble games, chasings or tug with the toys. Rivett enjoys trips to the off-lead dog park where he is very well behaved and never strays far from his carer.

During his time in care Rivett has responded very well to training. He learnt to sit and walk on a lead really quickly. Rivett even fetches a ball in the house and chases it at the park. It is important that Rivett’s new family are committed to continuing his training so that he can reach his potential. Rivett will also need daily exercise to keep him healthy and happy.

We are looking for a home where Rivett will be a part of the family and included in the daily activities. He will need a home where there is another dog for company and/or someone who is home more often than not. Rivett should be allowed inside to be with family and will need a comfy bed to sleep on inside out of the weather.
