Roger has always screamed for attention. He will vocalise when we are not in the room or if he wants to come out of the cage.

We have had some success substituting the screams for human words, but he is still very agitated when we are not visible. Perhaps we have lacked the patience required to train out the screaming, but we have certainly made an effort to do so over the four years we've had him.

Roger has shown minor aggression in the past, particularly towards my husband. He will occasionally bob his head and want to bite at random times. I would not consider this a problem; it is rare and he is generally a sweet natured bird.
