About Professor Helium
"Hi, I'm Professor Helium. I could say something sickeningly sweet like 'I did my degree at the University of Cute' but I want you to know I'm actually pretty smart.
I love to play, it is the one activity I can bring complete and intense focus to - bring out a piece of string or a small ball of tinfoil and I'm good for hours. Honestly, I will tire you out before you can wear me down.
I'm chatty when I'm in the mood, which is often. I have lots to say and I want to know what you think too, so lets talk.
People tell me I'm like one of the boys, I guess they're just less drama, LOL. I don't know why, just to warm up to guys right away.
I turn one year old in October. It would be nice to celebrate my first birthday in my new forever home.
I've grown up around my three brothers, so I can live with other cats if you want, but I really want to be your one and only. Maybe one friend to play with...
I'm pretty road savvy, and I can learn new things. I am a goofy cat who likes goofy games. My imagination runs as wild as I do."
Additional:
Ever wanted to take singing lessons? Professor Helium can help with duets. Or you can talk to her about your day and she will tell you all about hers.
Professor Helium used to like climbing in to high places (hence her name) but no longer seems to have an interest in heights. Now she likes laps or comfy furniture. The Professor recognises her name and often comes when called.
Medical notes
No medical issues are noted for Professor Helium.
Adoption details
All animals are adopted, never sold, and an adoption contract is required in each case.
We generally bring the animal(s) to you and reserve the right the inspect the housing and garden at this time. That marks the beginning of a 30 day trial adoption period.
We are committed to supporting you throughout the life of the animal you adopt, so we are here for advice or assistance where possible. We want you and your new family member to have a long happy life together so we will do what we can to ensure this.
1. Appropriate housing must be available from the first day of adoption.
2. Animals are NEVER to be killed no matter how old they get except for the case of humane euthanasia when all other alternatives have been exhausted.
3. If medical attention is required you commit to taking them to a good vet without delay and without concern for the cost of their treatment.
4. If the adoption is unsuitable for any reason at any time in the future you will return them to the carer rather than selling them or killing them.
